Bag Studio Privé is a luxury resale business offering authenticated pre-owned designer bags and accessories.

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Understand the nature of purchasing preloved luxury items

2. Product Nature & Condition

All items sold are:

  • Brand new, Pre-owned or vintage (unless stated otherwise)
  • Sold “as is”
  • May show signs of wear consistent with age and usage

We strive to:

  • Disclose visible flaws
  • Share actual photos of the item

**Minor imperfections are not considered defects

3. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items are:

  • 100% authentic
  • Verified through:
    • In-house authentication
    • Third-party authenticators
    • Entrupy certification

If an item is proven counterfeit:

  • Customer is entitled to a full refund, subject to verification

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱)
  • Full payment is required before shipment
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Bank transfer
    • E-wallets
    • Other approved methods

The Bag Studio Privé reserves the right to:

  • Adjust prices without prior notice
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Payment has been successfully received
  • Confirmation has been sent by our team

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is arranged after payment confirmation
  • Delivery timelines depend on courier and location
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once item is shipped

Bag Studio Privé is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost or damaged parcels (unless insured)

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Authentication Services (If Applicable)

For authentication services:

  • Results are based on professional assessment tools and expertise
  • Final opinion is non-transferable and non-disputable unless supported by stronger evidence
  • Fees are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Photos
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Descriptions

Are owned by The Bag Studio Privé and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Bag Studio Privé shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profit, or reputation
  • Misuse of purchased items

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item

11. Fraud & Abuse

We strictly prohibit:

  • Refund abuse
