  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • A confirmation message will be sent once your order is ready for shipment

  • International shipping available upon request

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

7. Risk & Liability

Once the item has been handed over to the courier:

  • Risk transfers to the buyer
  • The Bag Studio Privé is not liable for:
    • Delays
    • Loss
    • Damage caused by the courier

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate.

The Bag Studio Privé is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address
  • Additional shipping fees due to re-delivery

9. Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Unclaimed shipment

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping fees
