At Bag Studio Privé, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality luxury items. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

All sales are final. However, returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accommodated under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is proven fake or unauthentic
  • Item has undisclosed major damage or defect
  • Wrong item was delivered

To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours upon receipt
  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Must include:
    • Original packaging
    • Receipt / proof of purchase
    • Tags and inclusions (if any)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind / personal preference
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with preloved/vintage condition
  • Items clearly disclosed in description/photos
  • Discounted / sale items
  • Items authenticated and approved prior to shipment

4. Authentication Guarantee

The Bag Studio Privé guarantees that all items are:

  • 100% authentic
  • Verified through:
    • In-house authentication
    • Third-party experts (if applicable)
    • Entrupy certification (for selected items)

If proven otherwise:

  • Full refund will be issued

5. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–15 business days
  • Refund method:
    • Same payment method OR
    • Bank transfer / store credit (depending on case)

6. Return Shipping

  • Buyer shoulders return shipping unless:
    • Item is defective
    • Wrong item was sent
  • Item must be securely packed
  • We are not liable for lost/damaged return shipments

7. Important Legal Notice

  • “No Return, No Exchange” is not valid for defective items under Philippine law
  • Customers are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) for defective or misrepresented products

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us first for any concerns.
The Bag Studio Privé reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Conduct verification before issuing refunds
